The nearby restaurants were delightful, and the staff prepared a special meal for my 6-month-old daughter, which made our stay more enjoyable. However, the room's bed was too soft for comfort, impacting sleep quality.

convenient access to Metro station, variety of restaurants nearby, several city views from rooms
The air freshener smell in the hallways was overwhelming!!! Rooms felt dated and lacked attention to cleanliness, especially the bathrooms. Elevators could use an upgrade due to slow service and cramped space!!!

Mixed Experience with Room Amenities
During my solo stay, the room lacked basic amenities like coffee and water. However, the on-site restaurant offered a nice variety for breakfast. If you're looking for a cozy spot to start your day, be sure to try the omelets. Just don't expect too much from the room.

We had a lovely time enjoying the fresh breakfast and the cozy, clean Queen Room during our short stay. The hotel provided a nice gym to unwind after a day out and a rooftop terrace that offered great views to relax. Only downside was the slightly limited breakfast options, but overall, we left happy! 😊

Perfect Place for a Chill Weekend
We had a lovely 4 nights in a comfy queen room. The bed was super cozy, and we loved the quiet atmosphere. The staff was super friendly and helpful! Plus, the breakfast hit the spot every morning. The only issue was the TV was kinda small. Still, we enjoyed our time here!

The stay was enjoyable, with the location being a major highlight. It was close to the Manuel Montt metro station and a short walk to several restaurants and parks. The staff were courteous and eager to assist at any moment, making us feel welcome throughout our five nights. One downside was the lack of a chair or desk in the room, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times.

It was just a balanced option for a rapid stop in Santiago with good value for money. The location is good and safe, which was a relief after a long day. Avoid the breakfast. it’s not worth the extra money.

We loved our stay here with easy access to Manuel Montt metro station and local eateries. The breakfast was decent, especially if you arrive early. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our trip enjoyable. My fiancé and I thoroughly appreciated the warm welcome.
In my fiancé's opinion, having a chair or desk in the room would be great for working or relaxing. Also, more drinking glasses would be helpful for families.

Good location and attentive staff, but room shower had constant temperature issues.

missingWrote a review on Mar 02comfortable amenitieshot water issuespoor maintenance
Comfortable amenities made my stay enjoyable.
Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The hot water in the shower was either too hot or too cool for the first three days, which made it difficult to relax. We raised this issue at the reception multiple times, but it wasn't fixed until our last night. This left me feeling frustrated, especially considering I expected better from an Accor hotel.
